Nick Grogan is planning a sponsored cycle ride with a difference this August. At least three riders (maybe more?) will leave Langrish to do the 250 miles to Cleethorpes. Why Cleethorpes? Well the ride is in in memory of Nicks parents who came from Old Clee near the Lincolnshire seaside town.
And there’s another difference – all the riders will be mounted on Brompton folding bicycles – the small but perfectly formed bicycles you often see carried onto the train or the bus.
Nick will be accompanied by his friends Rob and Zoe Pool who will be raising funds for their own charities. Nick will soon be setting up a fund raising page and details will follow shortly.
